VIP Day Centre will be personalised to the needs of you the individual, integrated with local communities and dedicated to promoting the independence, well-being, dignity and peace of mind of all service users.
We want to ensure that the right support and the right environment are in place so that you can fulfil your potential and reach your goals. We work together with local agencies to support you in a holistic way and strive to meet all language and cultural needs. We aim to give you control over your own person centred care plan, to ensure you are at the heart of the decision making process and receive the support you need.
At The VIP Day Centre, we are committed to providing high quality care that promotes mental and social interaction. We have regular visits from hairdressers and chiropodists, so you’ll be well looked after from head to toe.

The services that we offer at VIP Day Centre also provide some much-needed time for all our members’ families to enable them to take care of their own needs. This could include their doctor appointments, hairdressers, and maybe some time for them to meet up with their friends or even just to relax. Families will have the reassurance that their loved ones are safe and cared for, fully supported and enjoying meeting up with all their friends and joining in with the daily activities.

You can access advice at any stage and continue to receive support managing your long-term condition. We welcome feedback and always look for ways to develop our daycare services.
We will support the health and welfare of individuals in a safe, clean environment. People are at the heart of what we do, and our experienced team can take care of nutritional needs, fluid intake and medication management to ensure you receive an outstanding level of care.

Extra Services
We also offer a range of services, including chiropodists, hairdressers, support with medication, support with nutrition and hydration and movement support for clients who struggle to get around. The VIP Day Centre has a range of in-house beauty therapy treatments, including foot spas, massages, and manicures to help relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety, boost circulation and promote relaxation.
We have a hairdresser that can wash, cut, perm, colour and style hair if required; very reasonably priced; please ask for details.
We also have a chiropodist that can take care of your feet if required. The chiropodist’s own rates apply, with a normal charge of £20. We offer a range of home-cooked meals for lunch and use the local chip shop for fish and chips at least once a week. All lunch is served with a cold drink and pudding. Members have unlimited tea, coffee, hot chocolate or cold drinks and biscuits during the morning session and cake during the afternoon session.
