I am the Director of the VIP Day Centre Bradford. With a strong background in dementia care and community support services, I am committed to creating a compassionate, welcoming environment where people living with dementia, mental health and loneliness can thrive. My leadership focuses on personalised care, meaningful activities, and strong partnerships with families and local health professionals. Under their guidance, the centre continues to be a trusted place for connection, support, and dignity for individuals and their loved ones in the Bradford community.

In my role, I welcome members into a warm and supportive environment, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. I provide a range of engaging activities such as board games, baking, colouring, memory games and seasonal activities. I’m committed to delivering the highest standard of care and making sure every member has an enjoyable and meaningful day at VIP Day Centre.

Hobby: I enjoy baking, spending time with friends and family, and travelling.

My name is Shawny Marshall, and I am the Team Leader at VIP Day Centre Bradford. In my role, I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where every member feels valued, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

I provide a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities designed to support wellbeing and enjoyment. From board games and memory games that encourage cognitive stimulation, to baking sessions, colouring, and creative seasonal activities, I make sure each day is both fun and purposeful.

I am committed to delivering the highest standard of care and take pride in ensuring that every member has an enjoyable, meaningful, and positive experience at VIP Day Centre. My goal is to help each person feel connected, supported, and inspired every single day.
