VIP Day Centre
Amphlett Hall, Crown Close, Bromsgrove, B61 8DW
The staff at VIP Bromsgrove are a great team. Every morning they arrive at Amphlett Hall ready to start the day and greet all our members and their families with smiles and enthusiasm.
The staff create a fun atmosphere for our members to come into, which is essential when supporting our members, as it provides a safe and comforting environment where people can relax and make friends.
The staff at VIP Bromsgrove understand that it’s not just about what you do at the centre, but it’s the way you are made to feel when you come here. It’s the positive memories and interactions that are created when the members are here, as that is what they will take away & associate with the day centre when they get home.
The staff are warm, friendly and always happy to be here. They love their job and go the extra mile to ensure our members are not just looked after but have a great time while they are here.
The staff make the day centre a pleasurable environment and to quote a recent visitor to the day centre ‘You can tell a lot by a place in the first 15 seconds. This day centre is friendly and inviting.’ This is what happens when you have a brilliant team all working together with the same goal, and they make my job an absolute pleasure.”
Kay Cross, Manager of Bromsgrove
Finding the VIP Centre has been, for both of us, a ‘life saver.’ always have a really warm welcome from very professional, caring staff. VIP to us is a very important place – a real refuge and respite for the carer. The service is essential.
I would definitely recommend the VIP Day Centre, I was able to experience for myself through having my placement there how friendly, welcoming and supportive the staff are. How they are there throughout the day encouraging members to stay motivated and join in with all the activities such as board games, quizzes etc.

Bromsgrove and Redditch Singer
CLAIRE
I provide weekly singing sessions for VIP Day Centres, which I really enjoy. My singing for the brain sessions really encourages the members to join in with singing, dancing and using instruments. The music that I use is from the eras that they grew up in, and most members remember all of the words and request their favourite songs to share with others which encourages reminiscence sessions.
