Although we set contractual geographical boundaries for franchises, ambitious franchisees should be allowed to extend their operation as far as their energies, skills, and reputations can take them. If franchisees wish to develop their business by opening another area, this will involve applying for a further license. We do however seek to establish sensible boundaries between adjacent franchisees for day-to-day operating and referral purposes based on natural markets.

We are constructing our franchise network as much as possible on the basis of clusters of areas rather than on a scattered approach. This allows us to group and intensify the support we provide, which in turn enables our franchisees to achieve better economies of scale themselves and to benefit from cluster strengths in such areas as advertising.

We are currently actively seeking franchisees – either existing businesses or cold starts – in the following areas:
